Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

1. Subscription Overview

Career Lift Tai offers monthly subscription plans that provide curated career tools, templates, and coaching resources. By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms and our Terms of Service.

2. Billing & Recurring Charges

Your subscription will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. The billing date is the date you first subscribed. You will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. Subscription amounts are based on your selected tier:

• Starter Plan: $14.99 per month
• Accelerator Plan: $29.99 per month
• Mastery Plan: $49.99 per month

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew each month on your billing date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the subscription amount plus any applicable taxes. You will receive a receipt via email for each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial months. To cancel, visit your Subscriber Portal or contact support@careerlifttai.co.

5. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months from your Subscriber Portal. During a pause, you will not be billed, and your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period. You may also skip an individual shipment without pausing.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Subscriber Portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. You may update your payment method in your Subscriber Portal.
