Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Career Lift Tai membership at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of that period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
2. First-Month Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first month of membership. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers.
3. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads and templates are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us for assistance.
4. Physical Product Returns
Physical subscription boxes and printed materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if they are unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@careerlifttai.co. All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
