1. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30. Orders below $30 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99. Subscription boxes always ship free regardless of order value.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Subscription boxes are shipped on the 5th of each month. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Address
We ship to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. You can update your shipping address anytime from your Subscriber Portal.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@careerlifttai.co. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace your items if necessary.
