Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Physical subscription boxes and printed materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Digital products and downloaded templates are not eligible for return due to their nature.

Please include your order number and return reason inside the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@careerlifttai.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization if your item is eligible. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads and templates
• Opened or used subscription boxes
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items without original packaging

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@careerlifttai.co. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
